Return Policy
RETURNS ELIGIBILITY
If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they can return items that are unworn, unwashed, free of any stains (like deodorant or makeup), odour and fragrance, scuffs, tears or snags — within 30 days of the date of receiving your package.
All returned items must be in ‘sellable condition’. Any marks or damage to the garment or to the garment tags or packaging will disqualify it for a return. Once the return is accepted, either a refund or a store credit will be issued, whichever is preferred by the customer.
All items marked as Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
All garments must be strictly returned in their original packaging with the manufacturer tags attached.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges on orders. Please return the item and place a new order on the website.
RETURN SHIPPING
We offer free return shipping. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. We are unable to refund original shipping charges.
PROCESSING
Items will be fully inspected upon arrival to our warehouse and customer will be notified within 3-7 business days if the return has been accepted. If approved, Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and may take 5-10 days to process.
