RETURNS ELIGIBILITY 

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they can return items that are unworn, unwashed, free of any stains (like deodorant or makeup), odour and fragrance, scuffs, tears or snags — within 30 days of the date of receiving your package.

All returned items must be in ‘sellable condition’ and should meet the Crux Standard. Any marks or damage to the garment or to the garment tags or packaging will disqualify it for a return. Once the return is accepted, either a refund or a store credit will be issued, whichever is preferred by the customer.  

All items marked as Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

We do not accept returns on White clothing to maintain quality and colour.

All garments must be strictly returned in their original packaging with the manufacturer tags attached.

Certain items may be ineligible for returns — This will be stated on the respective product page.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges on orders. Please return the item and place a new order on the website. 

RETURN SHIPPING

When returning items for a refund, a $7 return shipping fee will be deducted. 

We offer free return shipping for full store credit.

We are not responsible for items lost in transit. We are unable to refund original shipping charges.

PROCESSING 

Items will be fully inspected upon arrival to our warehouse and customer will be notified within 3-7 business days if the return has been accepted. If approved, Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and may take 5-10 days to process.

Our team will provide the correct return instructions — ensuring every step is handled with precision. 

Each CRUX garment is carefully inspected before it leaves our facility. Because of this, we hold our customers to the same level of care when returning an item. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our quality standards.
